“The Chornobyl Exclusion Zone has long been a tourist magnet, especially for foreigners who come here on purpose. This place is second to none in the world. For example, in 2019, most tourists came from the United Kingdom – 18,000 people. Ten thousand tourists arrived from Poland, another ten thousand – from Germany, and 6,500 people came from the United States,” the press service of the State Agency for Tourism Development of Ukraine posted on Facebook.
