In early hours on October 25, Ukraine switched to winter daylight saving time by putting the clocks one hour backwards.

“On 25 October 2020, at 04:00, Kyiv time, the summer daylight saving time was canceled by putting the clocks one hour backwards," the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine informed.

Changing clocks for summer and winter daylight saving time is regulated by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 13, 1996. According to the document, the clocks in Ukraine are set one hour forward on the last Sunday of March at 03:00 and one hour back on the last Sunday of October at 04:00.
