Ukraine reports 6,410 new coronavirus cases

Ukraine has recorded 6,410 new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases to 293,641, according to the interactive map of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
Some 109 deaths and 2,194 recoveries have been recorded in the country over course of the past day.
In total, 5,517 patients have died in Ukraine since the beginning of the pandemic.
The highest number of new coronavirus over the past 24 hours were recorded in Kyiv city (598), Odesa region (506), Kharkiv region (472), Dnipropetrovsk region (464) and Khmelnytskyi region (382).
A total of 5,992 COVID-19 cases were recorded in Ukraine on October 16.
