Presidential couple commemorates Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred

On the Independence Day of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky and First Lady Olena Zelenska honored the memory of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred.
“The Head of State and the First Lady laid flowers at the memorial cross on the Alley of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred in Kyiv and paid tribute to the memory of activists killed during the Revolution of Dignity,” the press service of the Head of State informs.
Earlier, the presidential couple commemorated the fallen defenders of Ukraine on the Mykhailivska Square in Kyiv.
The Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred are over 100 protesters killed in Kyiv during the Ukrainian Revolution of Dignity (Euromaidan protests) in 2014.
