Government allocates UAH 103.7M for payments to medical interns

The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to assign UAH 103.655 million to make payments to medical interns of all stages of education.
Health Minister Maksym Stepanov stated this at a briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“On July 8, the government approved a decision on payments to interns. A special program has been created on financing our interns. To be precise, this is UAH 103.655 million. These funds will be used to pay for the work of our interns,” Stepanov said.
According to him, payments will be received by the interns on the first year of study, including those interns who enter the internship in 2020.
