Kyiv city reports 81 new cases of COVID-19 in past 24 hours

Kyiv city has confirmed 81 new cases of the coronavirus COVID-19 over the past day, bringing total to 4,609, according to Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
“The number of city residents with laboratory-confirmed coronavirus disease has grown by 81 people over the past day,” Klitschko wrote on Facebook.
Among the people who have contracted COVID-19 in Kyiv city in the past day are 51 women aged 18-78 years; three girls aged 2-14 years; 23 men aged 18-80 years; 4 boys aged 7-17 years.
Also, three health workers tested positive for coronavirus yesterday.
Kyiv city has confirmed 33 recoveries over the past day. In total, 1,473 recoveries have been recorded in the city since the start of the pandemic.
As Ukrinform reported, Ukraine’s cases of coronavirus rose to 40,008 on June 25, including 994 new infections confirmed in the previous day.
