Ukraine receives another batch of humanitarian aid from China

Ukraine has received another batch of humanitarian aid from the Government of the People's Republic of China to tackle the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ aircraft with the humanitarian aid from China has landed today at the military airport in Boryspil, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

The humanitarian cargo includes one million medical masks, medical respirators, protective suits, medical glasses, screens and gloves, infrared thermometers, coronavirus diagnostic test kits, disinfectants and antiseptics.

Some 39 state and municipal structures, companies, public organizations and groups of Chinese activists contributed to the provision of humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

The humanitarian cargo also included ten artificial lung ventilation devices, transferred to President Volodymyr Zelensky from Jack Ma, a founder of Alibaba Group.

As reported, Ukraine’s cases of coronavirus rose to 39,014 on June 24, including 940 new infections confirmed in the previous day.
