Red Cross sends about 80 tonnes of humanitarian aid to residents of occupied Donbas

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has sent 78 tonnes of humanitarian aid to residents of occupied Donbas, according to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

"In order to help citizens who live in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and suffered from the aggression of the Russian Federation, representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross sent them humanitarian aid," reads the report of May 14.

In particular, four trucks carrying humanitarian aid crossed the Novotroitske checkpoint today. The total weight of humanitarian cargo consisting of food and medical supplies amounted to 78 tonnes.
