E-licenses to speed up rate of medicines entering Ukrainian market – British Embassy
The British Embassy in Ukraine wrote about this on its Facebook page.
“No bureaucracy procedures should get in the way of quality treatment to help those who need it. The UK is proud to support the development of e-licenses for the sale, import, and production of medicines. E-licenses will speed up the rate of medicines entering the Ukrainian market for both coronavirus and other illnesses,” reads the statement.
It notes that these e-services were developed by the TAPAS Project for the Ukrainian State Service for Medicines and Drugs Control in partnership with the Ukrainian Ministry for Digital Transformation.
The TAPAS Project is financed by the UK Aid and USAID and is implemented by the Eurasia Foundation.
As reported, the online service on licensing of the activity on production and import of medicines, as well as on retail and wholesale trade, was launched in test mode on the official website of the State Service for Medicines and Drugs Control in January.
