Foreign Ministry: 151 Ukrainians with COVID-19 being treated abroad

Some 151 Ukrainians infected with the coronavirus COVID-19 are being treated abroad, including 121 – in Italy, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry wrote on Facebook.

In particular, Ukrainians with COVID-19 are being treated Australia -1, Austria – 3, Spain – 4, Italy – 121, China – 1, Malta – 1, Nigeria – 1, UAE – 1, Portugal – 1, Russia – 1, Seychelles – 1, Serbia – 1, USA – 2, Thailand – 1, Germany – 4, Czech Republic – 6, Sweden – 1.

According to the ministry, 54 Ukrainians have recovered from COVID-19, seven Ukrainians have died from complications related to the disease.

In total, 16,403 Ukrainians have applied to Ukrainian diplomatic establishments abroad for assistance within the Zakhyst (Protection) program.

According to Worldometer's latest statistics, 2,557,837 coronavirus cases have been reported worldwide, including 695,262 cases of recovery and 177,664 deaths.
