Kyiv receives 70,000 face masks – Klitschko

Kyiv has already received 70,000 medical face masks, Mayor Vitali Klitschko says.
"The capital has already received 70,000 medical face masks. We also expect to receive the first batch of those masks, which we have ordered for manufacturing at Ukrainian enterprises. Another 100,000 masks, as I said earlier, were handed over to the city by a socially responsible company. We will be grateful for any help," Klitschko said at a briefing on Monday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
He noted that, first of all, the city sent medical face masks and other protective equipment to doctors in hospitals.
As of the morning of March 23, Ukraine had 73 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19, three of which were lethal. One patient recovered.
