Donetsk region gets 980,000 masks from state reserve

Donetsk region has received 980,000 medical masks from the state reserve, according to Volodymyr Kolesnyk, Director of the Health Department at the Donetsk Military and Civil Administration.
"Donetsk region received 980,000 masks from the state reserve, and yesterday, the day before and today they were sent to all services whose employees communicate with people," Kolesnyk said at a briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
According to him, masks will be distributed among police officers, border guards and employees of the social service and healthcare establishments.
As of the morning of March 19, Ukraine had 16 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including two deaths: Chernivtsi region - 10 cases (one lethal), Zhytomyr region - one case (lethal), Kyiv region - two cases, Donetsk region - one case, and Kyiv city - two cases.
