Honcharuk: There will be enough funds for conducting census

“The census was scheduled for December next year, now the state budget of Ukraine envisages more than a billion [hryvnias] for this, which means that we will have money to prepare properly for this census. If there is a shortage of funds, we will just propose that the parliament in the summer to introduce amendments and allocate some budget for this, and we will conduct the comprehensive census in the second half of next year,” the prime minister stated during the opening of the Anti-Raiding Office in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

According to Honcharuk, the government is currently implementing three different pilot projects on the census. There will be certain conclusions on them by December 27 and then the government will decide on the exact format of the census.
