Warmest November night recorded in Kyiv

The night of November 13 in Kyiv city has turned out to be the warmest since 1963, according to the Central Geophysical Observatory named after Borys Sreznevskyi.
"According to observations of the Central Geophysical Observatory named after Borys Sreznevskyi, the temperature did not drop below + 9.2 °C on the night of November 13, which is 0.9°C above the previous air temperature maximum recorded in 1963,” reads the report.
The Central Geophysical Observatory noted that this was the fifth temperature record set in Kyiv in November 2019.
