Fifth Nordic Ukrainian Film Festival to be held in Stockholm

The Fifth Nordic Ukrainian Film Festival will be held in the capital of Sweden on November 28 -December 1.

The Embassy of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Sweden wrote about this on Facebook.

“On 28 November – 1 December, an annual Ukrainian film festival will be held under the auspices of the Ukrainian Institute in Sweden. The following films will be presented to the audience: Ilovaysk – Batallion Donbas (Beshoot) (director Ivan Tymchenko), Censored (Ivan Brovko), Foxter and Max (Anatolii Mateshko), Mr.Jones (Agnieszka Holland) and Hutsulka Ksenya by Olena Demyanenko,” reads the report.

Also, a meeting with film director Agnieszka Holland is scheduled for November 30.

The Embassy added that the Ukrainian Film Festival is held in partnership and cooperation with the Stockholm movie theater “Saga Bio” (Kungsgatan, 24) and Embassy of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Sweden.
