Ukraine will transfer to winter daylight saving time in early hours on October 27, by putting the clocks one hour backwards.

Deputy Minister for Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture Taras Kachka reminded about this on his Facebook page.

“According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers as of May 13, 1996, No.509, ‘On the procedure for calculating time on the territory of Ukraine,” on October 27, 2019 at 4 o'clock (Kyiv time), summer time will be canceled by moving the clocks one hour backwards,” reads the report.

As reported, the Verkhovna Rada in 2011 issued a resolution to cancel the switching to winter time, but following public debates it wasn’t approved.
