Ukrainian festival Uketoberfest traditionally took place in Chicago.
"Traditional Ukrainian festival Uketoberfest 2019 took place in Chicago on August 10-11. Ukrainian community and American guests had a wonderful opportunity for communicating, having fun, dancing, singing songs, tasting delicious Ukrainian food, meeting friends and making new acquaintances," the Consulate General of Ukraine in Chicago posted on Facebook.
As noted, the audience enjoyed performances of Ukrainian band Mary and Viktor Vynnyk, Oksana Mukha and numerous children's Ukrainian song and dance groups.
