UATV, a TV channel of the International Broadcasting Multimedia Platform of Ukraine, has expanded its presence in Germany.

“UATV, a TV channel of the International Broadcasting Multimedia Platform of Ukraine, has become available in cable TV packages of Deutsche Telekom and MDCC, Germany’s telecommunications providers,” the press service of the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine reports.

Deutsche Telekom is among Europe’s largest telecommunications companies, which offers a wide range of TV, mobile and Internet services. UATV is now available to Deutsche Telekom subscribers in the basic package of free cable TV channels.

MDCC (Magdeburg-City-Com GmbH), the other German provider to include UATV, provides residents of Magdeburg with cable television, Internet, and mobile connection services. UATV is currently available as part of MDCC’s main cable TV package.

Earlier, UATV was included in the package of Glasfaser Ostbayern (R-COM), which provides TV services in Eastern Bavaria.

UATV broadcasts news and own-produced programmes via satellite and cable networks in five languages–Ukrainian, English, Russian, Arabic, and Crimean Tatar.
