UN Refugee Agency sends over 100 tonnes of humanitarian aid to occupied Donbas

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) sent seven trucks carrying humanitarian aid to the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas, according to the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

"Today, July 19, seven trucks from the UN Refugee Agency to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine crossed the Novotroitske checkpoint," the report says.

The trucks were carrying 104 tonnes of humanitarian cargo consisting of construction materials and medical equipment for the residents of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

As reported, on Wednesday, July 17, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) sent five trucks carrying 91.1 tonnes of humanitarian aid to the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas.
