Foreigners banned from entering Ukraine for three years due to St. George's ribbons

Ukrainian border guards have banned four foreigners from entering Ukraine for three years because of St. George's ribbons, the press service of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry has reported on Facebook.
"Border guards from the Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky and Mohyliv-Podilsky detachments stopped a Bulgarian citizen and three citizens of Moldova who traveled in cars through the checkpoints Kuchurhan-avto, Starokozache and Mohyliv-Podilsky-avto with prohibited symbols - St. George's ribbons," the report reads.
It notes that foreigners of the State Border Guard Service refused to let the foreigners cross the border and banned them from entering Ukraine for three years.
In 2017, the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses was supplemented by Article 173-3, which establishes the responsibility for the production and propagation of St. George's ribbons.
