Donetsk Regional Administration head, adviser to U.S. ambassador discuss reforms in region

“The United States supports and will continue to support Ukraine. This was assured by Senior Advisor to the U.S. Ambassador Joseph Pennington during our meeting in the Donetsk Regional State Administration,” Head of Donetsk Military and Civil Regional Administration Oleksandr Kuts said.

The parties discussed the implementation of healthcare and decentralization reforms, the development of local communities, the availability of administrative services for the population.

They also agreed to coordinate the efforts of international organizations, local governments, regional and state authorities for the effective implementation of reforms and programs.

Kuts thanked international organizations, in particular USAID, as well as the United States of America, for the effective and consistent support of Ukraine.
