Cash subsidies amount to UAH 1,676 on average per household - Rozenko

Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko has said that cash subsidies in Ukraine will amount to an average of UAH 1,676 per household.
He stated this on Tuesday during a conference call on the issue of monetization of subsidies and indexation of pension payments, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
"According to our calculations, about 3.5 million households will receive cash subsidies. The average amount of cash subsidies, according to our latest calculations, will total UAH 1,676. As a reminder, people will also receive similar sums in April and May 2019," said Rozenko.
He also stressed that UAH 1.7 billion was transferred to Oshchadbank for the payment of cash subsidies to citizens, of which UAH 900 million had been already paid.
Rozenko also added that UAH 3 billion had been paid through the Pension Fund system.
