"I want to invite everyone to the opening of the Boris Nemtsov public garden tomorrow. Nemtsov was a great friend of Ukraine. The garden will be opened tomorrow at 12:00, near the Russian embassy," Kyiv city mayor Vitali Klitschko said at the meeting of the Kyiv City Council, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
