Tourism opportunities of Lviv region presented in Portugal

“Portuguese people are very interested in traveling to Ukraine, in particular Lviv region. Foreign tourists are interested in wellness tourism, which is of a high quality and at an affordable price in Ukraine,” the deputy head of the department of tourism and resorts of Lviv Regional State Administration, Taras Lozynsky, said.

According to him, the forum’s participants were told about the health and fitness centers of Truskavets, Skhidnytsia, Morshyn, as well as mountain trails in the Carpathian mountains and the logistics features of the region.

The program includes participation of Ukrainian representatives in the international tourism exhibition BTL 2019, which runs from March 13 to March 14.

The tourism and resort potential of Lviv region was presented in Lisbon at the invitation of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Portugal-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Portugal.
