Klimkin, Epiphanius discuss protection of rights of believers in occupied territories
Klimkin wrote this on his Twitter account.
"At the beginning of Great Lent, I met with His Beatitude Metropolitan Epiphanius. We talked about the eternal and secular: the work of the Public Council on Cooperation with Religious Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the counteraction to the violation of the rights of the faithful in temporarily occupied territories, and the protection of freedom of religion," Klimkin wrote.

On March 3, Archbishop Klyment, the head of the diocese of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine in Crimea, was detained at a bus station in Simferopol during his departure to Rostov-on-Don, where he was expected to take part in a meeting of the so-called "trial" over Ukrainian political prisoner Pavlo Hryb.
