Ukraine represented at international culture festival in Beijing

Ukrainian culture and traditions were represented at the international culture festival in Beijing, the press service of the Embassy of Ukraine in Beijing reports.
“More than 20 foreign missions, including the Embassy of Ukraine in China, participated in the festival, during which national clothes were demonstrated. This year’s event was aimed at promoting and protecting the intangible cultural heritage,” reads the report.
Representatives of the Ukrainian embassy demonstrated exquisite samples of Ukrainian national clothes and told about Ukrainian Christmas customs and ceremonies.
The 21st China International Friendship & Culture Festival took place in the Mei Lanfang Grand Theater in Beijing on January 29. Many foreign diplomats, Chinese officials, actors and mass media participated in the festival.
