SBU sent over 1,500 proposals for introducing sanctions in 2018

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in 2018 sent to the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) over 1,500 proposals for introducing sanctions, the SBU press service reports.

"In 2018, 1,541 proposals were sent to the National Security and Defense Council regarding the introduction of sanctions against 720 legal entities and 821 individuals over anti-Ukrainian activities, financing terrorism and providing assistance to occupation forces,” reads the report.

In particular, the list included 548 Russian business entities and 284 citizens of the Russian Federation.
