USAID is launching a new project on developing the service delivery system in Donetsk and Lugansk regions, including a network of administrative service centers for the population.

The Information and Internal Policy Department at the Donetsk Regional Military and Civil Administration reported this on December 13.

“In Donetsk and Luhansk regions, USAID together with its partner, Chemonics International, is launching a project on developing the service delivery system,” reads the report.

The project envisages the development of a network of administrative service centers, computerization of educational and healthcare institutions, the creation of conditions for obtaining administrative services for residents of remote areas and occupied territories.
