Ukraine has restricted the entry to Russian men aged 16-60 years.

"The measures of control at the checkpoints have been increased.  To date, the entry of foreigners, especially the citizens of the Russian Federation, is restricted. The male Russian citizens aged 16-60 years are banned from entering. As for the citizens of Ukraine, there are no restrictions. In case of some humanitarian situation, we allow the citizens of the Russian Federation to enter if they go to attend a funeral or for some other humanitarian purpose," Chairman of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Petro Tsyhykal said at the meeting on the country’s defensive capacity, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

In turn, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko recommended strengthening the requirements for the registration of Russian citizens in the regions of Ukraine, where the martial law had been imposed.

As reported, on November 25, Russian border ships committed the acts of aggression against three Ukrainian ships heading from the port of Odesa to the port of Mariupol. The Russian special forces fired and seized three Ukrainian ships in the Kerch Strait. There were 24 sailors aboard.

On November 26, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed the law “On Approving the Decree of the President of Ukraine ‘On the Imposition of Martial Law in Ukraine’ for 30 days in 10 regions of Ukraine due to Russia's aggression in the Sea of Azov.
