Mother of political prisoner Kolchenko allowed to visit him in colony

Mother of Ukrainian political prisoner Oleksandr Kolchenko, who was illegally convicted in Russia, was allowed to visit her son in the penal colony in Russian Chelyabinsk.

The visit started on Friday, July 27, and will end on Monday, July 30, Crimea.Realities portal reports.

According to Larysa Kolchenko, this is the first meeting with her son in nine months. She brought her son onions, cured pork fat, raisins, honey and other products necessary to restore health after the hunger strike.

Kolchenko announced hunger strike on May 31 aiming to support the demands of political prisoner Oleg Sentsov. He stopped the hunger strike on June 7. Kolchenko has already gained the former weight - 64 kilograms.
