Justice Ministry recovers over UAH 1.4 bln in alimony debts

Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko stated this during his working trip to Odesa, the Justice Ministry’s press service reports.

“Throughout Ukraine, the amount of child support debts recovered has already exceeded UAH 1.4 billion. More than 119 thousand non-payers received statutory bans, almost 16 thousand community service protocols were drawn up," said Petrenko.

As reported, on February 6, 2018, the law on strengthening responsibility for non-payment of alimony was approved in Ukraine.
