Modern Ukrainian cuisine presented in Singapore

Ukraine’s chefs have presented a modern national cuisine at the World Gourmet Summit in Singapore.
The Embassy of Ukraine in Singapore reported this on its Facebook page.
"[Ukrainian chefs] Yuriy Kovryzhenko and Yaroslav Artyukh held a special presentation of the modern cuisine of Ukraine for leading Singaporean media and food experts," the report reads.
The Ukrainian cuisine's ambassadors presented traditional Ukrainian dishes, for example, borshch and varenyky, and exquisite molecular food.
The presentation of the Ukrainian cuisine took place at the Singapore Grissini Restaurant.
