Decentralization, agrarian support programs to improve situation in rural areas – Groysman

New administrative and financial opportunities introduced by the decentralization reform, as well as government agrarian support programs will help change the situation in rural areas in Ukraine, create new plants and jobs.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has stated this, the government’s press service reports.

"We set up the mechanisms that will create more jobs in rural areas. Decentralization plus industry support programs will yield results," said Groysman.

He noted that government support programs include cheap loans, partial compensation for the cost of equipment etc.
