This is stated in the quarterly report of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the human rights situation in Ukraine.
"The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) documented a total of 73 conflict-related civilian casualties, namely 12 deaths and 61 injuries," the document reads.
At the same time, OHCHR was not able to attribute all civilian casualties to a specific party to the conflict.
The twenty-first report on the situation of human rights in Ukraine by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is based on the work of the United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine and covers the period from November 16, 2017 to February 15, 2018.
