U.S. decision to arm Ukraine has reduced Russian aggression - Aslund

The level of Russia's aggression against Ukraine has decreased sharply after the United States announced its plans to supply weapons to Ukraine.
Atlantic Council analyst Anders Aslund wrote this on Twitter.
"Russia's military aggression against Ukraine appears to have decreased sharply after the U.S. on Dec 22 announced it would deliver arms to Ukraine. It seems to have worked," he wrote.
As reported, in December 2017, the U.S. Department of State approved the delivery of lethal weapons to Ukraine.
