Groysman orders government to ensure support for captive Ukrainians after their release

Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has ordered the government to apply needed so that psychological rehabilitation of captive Ukrainians be ensured after their release. 

He stated this at a government meeting on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"We should take care of the persons to be released. I hope that everything will take place calmly, normally and as planned. We hope everything will succeed,” Groysman said.

The prime minister ordered the Social Policy Ministry, Interior Ministry, Defense Ministry with the help of social services to find out the needs and problems of the families of captives. He called on the ministers to work on these issues so that they be fully settled in January.

As reported, the release of 74 Ukrainian captives is expected to take place on today, December 27. Their releases will become possible under the formula "306 for 74". It is envisaged that Ukraine will hand over the persons whose dismissal does not contradict the legislation.
