Ukrinform agrees on news exchange with Saudi Press Agency

A number of bilateral documents between Ukraine and Saudi Arabia were signed in Riyadh on Wednesday in the presence of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and King of Saudi Arabia Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The signing ceremony was broadcast on Poroshenko's page on Facebook.

In particular, the sides signed a memorandum between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on investment cooperation in the field of agriculture.

The foreign ministers of the two countries also signed a cooperation program between the Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry and the Prince Saud Al-Faisal Institute for Diplomatic Studies of the Saudi Arabian Foreign Ministry.

Separately, Director General of Ukrinform Oleksandr Kharchenko and President of the Saudi Press Agency Abdullah bin Fahd Al Hussein signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation and news exchange between the Saudi Press Agency and Ukrinform.
