This is stated in the press release of the National Deinstitutionalization Reform Office, NewWest Media reports.
"The representatives of the British Lumos Foundation will sign a memorandum of cooperation with Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for Children's Rights Mykola Kuleba and officials of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration in Zhytomyr on October 31, 2017," the statement reads.
As stated, Lumos, which is funded by Harry Potter author, Joanne Rowling, will provide the orphanages in Zhytomyr region with technical, expert and methodological assistance in the implementation of a pilot project to stop institutionalization of children.
