Ukraine turns clocks back for daylight saving time

On October 29 (the night from Saturday to Sunday), Ukraine turns clocks one hour back for daylight saving time.

When local daylight time is about to reach Sunday, 29 October 2017, 04:00:00 clocks are turned backward 1 hour to Sunday, 29 October 2017, 03:00:00 local standard time instead.

This is stipulated in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the procedure for time changes on the territory of Ukraine dated May 13, 1996.
