Riga hosts Ukrainian youth festival

The Ukrainian Center for Youth and Children in Latvia is holding the 7th international festival of creativity of the Ukrainian youth "The Baltic Stars" in Riga, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
The traditional international youth festival "The Baltic Stars" opened in the historical building of the Latvian Society with a concert. The concert was attended by singers, musicians (violinists and pianists) from Odesa, Lviv, Kyiv, Volnovakha, as well as from Latvia and Estonia.
The respected jury headed by the organizer of the festival, Head of the Ukrainian Center for Youth and Children in Latvia Olga Berga, went to sum up the results of the contest and determine the winners.
The festival will continue on October 23 with a concert program in a one-day trip on the cruise ferry Riga-Stockholm-Riga.
