2018 declared the Year of Cultural Heritage Protection in Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine supported the draft decree of the President of Ukraine on the declaration of the year 2018 as the Year of Cultural Heritage Protection.
Such a decision was approved at the Cabinet’s meeting on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
This will allow budgeting for the next year the funds for the renovation of museums, reserves, palaces and monuments of local importance.
