Ukraine to transfer to winter time on October 29

Ukrinform
Ukraine on October 29 (the night from Saturday to Sunday) will transfer to winter time by putting the clock one hour back.

This is stipulated in the Cabinet’s resolution as of May 13, 1996 No.509 “on the procedure for calculating time on the territory of Ukraine”.

In 2011, the Verkhovna Rada issued a resolution to cancel the switching to winter time, but following public debates it wasn’t approved.
