UAH 520 mln to be allocated in 2018 for advanced teacher training – Poroshenko

In 2018, the state budget of Ukraine will provide UAH 520 million for the advanced training of teachers who will teach first-graders of a new Ukrainian school.
President Petro Poroshenko said this during his working trip to Donetsk region, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"In 2018, UAH 520 million will be allocated from the state budget for the advanced training for teachers who will teach first-graders of a new Ukrainian school throughout the country," Poroshenko said.
He also assures that in the future, in spite of Russian aggression, Ukraine will invest in knowledge, education and training of new generations.
