Monument to Duke de Richelieu in Odesa has been dressed in Ukrainian vyshyvanka (national embroidered shirt) today.
The monument will remain dressed in vyshyvanka during the celebration of the Flag Day and the Independence Day of Ukraine, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
