Ukrainian Canadian community provides humanitarian aid to medical institutions in Chernivtsi

An Ukrinform correspondent reports that it will be distributed among the city medical institutions, in particular, maternity hospitals.

"First of all, our organization helps the frontline healthcare facilities in the east of Ukraine, but recently we have extended our activities to help civil hospitals in five regions of Ukraine. In particular, we have transferred medical supplies, including surgical beds, mechanical and transport trolleys, emergency equipment, to medical institutions in Chernivtsi for the second time since the beginning of this year," Representative of the Vancouver branch of the Ukrainian Canadian Social Services Ihor Kardashchuk said.

The representatives of the Vancouver branch assured that in October of this year another humanitarian assistance would be sent to the hospitals of the city.
