Emergency Service’s regional headquarters: Over 1.07 mln IDPs registered in Ukraine

Since the start of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) in eastern Ukraine, over 1.07 million IDPs have applied to the interdepartmental coordination headquarters and regional headquarters of the State Emergency Service.
“Since the start of the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine, 1 million 70 thousand 895 people have been temporarily displaced from the temporarily occupied territories and areas of ATO to other regions of Ukraine, particularly 178,444 children and 502,524 people with disabilities and elderly persons, including 1 million 48 thousand 73 people from Donetsk and Luhansk regions and 22, 822 people from the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol,” the State Emergency Service reports.
