President initiates fund to support construction of Museum of Revolution of Dignity

The Head of State said this at the ceremony of honoring memory of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

 "I believe that the establishment of the Fund will provide assistance in every phase of a truly nationwide project of the Memorial. I am not only the initiator, but also the first sponsor of the Fund. I hope, my example will have a lot of followers," Poroshenko said.

The Head of State thanked the members of the Kyiv Council and Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko who already made an important decision to initiate the beginning of construction of the Memorial.

However, the President stressed that the best monument to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred would be a new Ukraine, the construction of which requires common efforts.

“The best monument to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred will become a new Ukraine the construction of which requires tremendous efforts,” the Head of State emphasized."
