Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has congratulated Ukrainian citizens on the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language, the government’s official website reports.
"I sincerely congratulate all Ukrainians on the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language! Creating conditions for the development of Ukrainian language and its protection is a direct obligation of the Ukrainian state. The language is the house of being and it fell on Ukrainians to develop and spread a beautiful, melodic, extremely rich language of the European nation. So let the Ukrainian language and literature flourish and get new supporters all over the world,” the prime minister stressed.
