First deputy information policy minister: Three TV towers to resume Ukrainian broadcasting in Donbas

The Ukrainian broadcasting in Donbas will be resumed after the completion of construction of three TV towers, what is expected to take place by the end of the current year, according First Deputy Information Policy Minister Emine Dzheppar.
“We need high TV towers, and large amount of funds are needed for their construction. To resume the Ukrainian broadcasting in the East, at least three TV towers are needed. Two [TV towers] will replace Donetsk and Luhansk [TV towers], and the third one - on Karachun Mountain [in Donetsk region]. We hope this [construction] will be completed this year,” Emine Dzheppar said in an interview with journalists.
