More than 200 Ukrainian students are now enrolled in the higher educational institutions in Latvia, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia Juris Poykans to Ukraine told Kherson officials, Ukrinform reports.
The Latvian Ambassador noted Latvian colleges provide Ukrainian students with a high level of educational process. The students attend lectures either in English or Russian, the diplomat said.
